I am a Melbourne-based producer of themed entertainment and immersive experiences with projects spanning across the globe. My work can be seen in theaters, cruise ships, museums, and even craft breweries. Having worked with brands like Disney, Warner Brothers, and SeaWorld, I understand the complexities of leading teams & clients from ideation through implementation.

In addition to working in the arena, I actively coach other leaders along their own leadership journeys and host frequent group coaching calls with leaders from across various creative industries and disciplines. In 2022, I published my first book on creative leadership, Leading Creative People. This research offers a model for how to lead, champion, and protect creative teams and creative work.
